Trail Run - a nice change from the concrete
DP was 74 and 90 Deg = 99F Heat Index - HR shows it - 52% of run above target even with slower pace.
Legs are feeling good - not sure why. Haven't iced right knee for 2 days now.

Kept trying to slow to get HR under control. Walked for 45 seconds at end of mile 3.
Lost almost 5 lbs during this run. Lots of water needed to re-hydrate.
