It really sucks that it was dark when I drove to the track this morning. I havent puked since yesterday morning and felt ok since and not 100% but I wanted to see if I could get this in. Overall, I was fine and no impact to the workout. Knee felt good. At times I felt certain intervals were slow but my times didnt reflect that. Back to the house by 7:15am.

As evidenced by the race last week, I don't think you'll have much trouble with Sunday. I'd resist the urge to run the MP miles faster, except maybe the last few if you feel you must. Use it as an opportunity for your final experimentation with fuel, etc. Maybe also wear your race day clothes (though that i subject to weather) to test for any chafing, etc.
