It really sucks that it was dark when I drove to the track this morning. I havent puked since yesterday morning and felt ok since and not 100% but I wanted to see if I could get this in. Overall, I was fine and no impact to the workout. Knee felt good. At times I felt certain intervals were slow but my times didnt reflect that. Back to the house by 7:15am.
