Very uneventful and easy run. This definitely felt easy today which seems like a good sign. Bumped into several runners today incuding Alethia, a woman with 2 young kids, and this scary, thin, bald, tall dude who seemed like he was putting in some work. Gave this man a high five about .4 before I finished as he flew by. Running 8 miles, filling out paperwork for 20 minutes, and then running 4 miles wasn't all that fun. Finished and then met the family at the Y.
