Notes

The goal was bike, run, and core today but I received last minute word about hitting practice so I had to cut this short and core got cut. 6x.5 and ran each one btwn 3:00 and 3:13. Felt pretty good but the rest intervals were intentionally fairly long. Felt pretty good.

During the intervals it felt pretty good. Yesterday my hamstring was not good. Today it's a little better.
