The goal was 4 up, 5 btwn 7:40-7:45, and then 3+ down. Felt pretty good from the beginning and the 8mm warm up pace felt easy. My pacing is always all over the place so I was trying to keep the tempo miles in check as I need to be better at sticking to a pace for a period of consistent miles. The first 2 were ok, 3rd and 4th I was way under and had to pull way back, and then the last mile I was slower for most of it.
