This workout was 7 miles with 6x strides. Cold this morning and wore a light jacket and gloves (for the first 3.5) but not complaining. The knee felt good and the legs were fine but I was tired and haven’t been sleeping great. The first 3.5 were at a podcast slog and then switched to music on the way back. I started to wake up at 5, 6, and 7.
