Good decision to take Sunday off but still a little heavy legged today. No real pop in my legs but not terrible. Just tried to keep it steady and even throughout. This never felt hard but I wasn't just rolling either. 10 and 11 felt about the same as the other miles but the downhill parts got me going a bit and I went with it. Off to San Diego for a few days and I'll get some easier/shorter stuff in. Maybe a 5k this weekend to test where I'm at.
