4 up, 8 @ MP, 4 down from Sand Pond. Planted water at the edge of the cemetery and stopped before I started the tempo work. Barely into the tempo miles and I go down hard on the little bit of ice/snow. Luckily, I landed perfectly on my side so it wasn't that bad of a wipe out. The first 4 tempo miles were all over the place with the wind before a stop at home. The last 4 were more even. Still sluggish but going to run my easy miles much easier from now until SL. Work is about to get crazy with travel so that should be interesting.
