Notes

I could feel the hammy a little bit and did notice the difference in strength in my left leg but no issues during the run. Legs heavy after logging 27 miles during the week before this run as post marathon has been about resting. The mile pace on the hills to McDougals and Shaw's Ridge finished at 8:34 and 8:05 so my fitness is not as bad as I thought it was. Likely heading to class tomorrow morning and then will hit 40 for the week afterward.
