Humid as hell and the first 6 really sucked. Knee cranky @ first then felt good the rest of the way

Slowest mile was the first @ 8:55 and every mile after in the 840s except mile 14.

The pace was fine but the concentration to stay around 845 was the tough part.

This was good because it wasn't hard but consistent. If I can maintain this pace

I have 1:31;02 to run the last 9.2 which seems reasonable to go sub 4 hrs. Happy

With this because of the humidity. Writing this up on a blackberry is really fun.
