Not sure what this was but ultimately it was 56 minutes and 8 seconds of awesomeness. Feeling stronger and less issues with the hip, hammy, etc. (Thank you Brian!) when I turn up the volume. This is also the first time since June where I don't feel sluggish. I am going to alternate harder pace with very slow days, and have been doing a lot of walking on the TM during my runs. Even today I walked at least 3 minutes at different points for different periods of time but pushed hard in stretches like a fartlek. I'm also feeling like I am seeing gains cardio wise. Strength class has been going better as well so it can't be a coincidence.
