Not sure what this was but ultimately it was 56 minutes and 8 seconds of awesomeness. Feeling stronger and less issues with the hip, hammy, etc. (Thank you Brian!) when I turn up the volume. This is also the first time since June where I don't feel sluggish. I am going to alternate harder pace with very slow days, and have been doing a lot of walking on the TM during my runs. Even today I walked at least 3 minutes at different points for different periods of time but pushed hard in stretches like a fartlek. I'm also feeling like I am seeing gains cardio wise. Strength class has been going better as well so it can't be a coincidence.

I even hear the bad Larry accent. You guys should encourage me and tell me I'm awesome (even when you don't mean it, you know, like this spring). This will make me want to run more. If I run more, I race more. If I race more, you guys will always have someone to beat. I'm really just doing this for you guys. You selfish elitist bastards.
