I should try to do this once a week. On the way out I would alternate with music versus metronome every .5, and continued that thru the halfway mark. On the way back I became less interested in music and more interested in my cadence so I ran with the Metronome the rest of the way. Averaged exactly 180 SPV which is a first without running S8TB. 9:15, 8:50, 8:50. 8:56, and 8:26.
