Our team was supposed to be together for 2 days of meetings but it turned into 2 days of 2.5 hours of zoom meetings/per day. This morning we had an option of 2 virtual classes and I went with boxing which was led by Alicia Napoleon Espinosa. Pro boxer who held the WBA female super middleweight title from 2018 until January. Holy moly. As the workout got more complicated I became a pregnant giraffe on roller skates. The last 5 minutes of core work was the worst. Brutal.
