2 mile warm up in 17 mins, and then a tempo/progression. I had this on the schedule as 4@7:25 but ended up working down with 7:24, 7:19, 7:13, and 7:08. I was worried that this would be a shitshow but I ended up feeling very good, and my 2 mile warm down at 8 flat seemed to prove that out.
