4 up, 600x8 with 400 rests. Translated into 4 up. 4.96 of int work, and then 3 .04 down. Had the watch but I forgot to hit the lap button several times so my splits are messed up. Ran the first one at 6:35 and worked my way to 6:15 and did the majority of this during an all company meeting that was broadcasted on Ustream. Felt ok considering I wasn't listening to music for the INT work.

2.96 of INT work and 5 total with the rest. Interestingly enough, I ran the rests very slowly and even intentionally walked parts of it. The goal here is to include some work but not so much, or so hard, that I get hurt.
