Milder this morning and perfect temps for running. Dark out, but the moon was full and the stars were out. Pretty cool. About 3 minutes into the run I was thinking about the moon and wondering if people would act crazy today, I see a car in the distance and as it gets closer I can see the car move towad the side of the road (I’m opposite traffic). The guy literally gets as close to coming off the road as he can as he crosses my path. He was either f’ing with me, texting, or sleeping. Regardless, I wish I had a rock or a stick. After that I settled in just fine. Very even and easy. On the way back the pace slowly picked up and got under 9. 11, 12, and 13 all felt really easy and while I wasn’t flying I felt like I was in a nice rhythm. Feeling better about Oct 6th. Foot has been great (knock wood).
