Getting up @ 5am to run in 18 degree didn't seem to appealing today, and for the 2nd time this week I shut off my alarm. Headed out after the kids went to school and ran with music. This all felt pretty easy but the uphill on Grammar slowed me down a bit. Maybe double up later if the schedule allows.
