Notes

Knee felt better than yesterday after stretching, and treating. Biked for 10 mins before I started this with another 5 mins of stretching + stretching at home. A little birdie reminded me that it could be because of my lower back issues and that seems to be right on. Will try to stretch, roll. rehab with more discipline and run easier. Also need to be more consistent with the outside work. Probably a good cautious reminder.
