Greg2, and Mad Mike. Great convo for the first 5 and then less chit chatty for the 2nd half. The last 2.5 I found myself counting to 101 (IDKW it was 101 it just was) in a weird sing songing cadence which helped me get in a nice rhythm. Felt good. I definitely need to run with these fools more than they need to run with me.
