Notes

Felt pretty good during the warm up but the last 2 intervals and the 4 down were a grind. This week should be much less busy and then the beach next week. Hoping my legs come back before the end of the month or I'll need to strongly consider bagging the marathon in October. I feel sluggish every time I go out

You just added/threw in a component to this cycle...I am just going by what I have read here. And I am talking about the power line runs. Perhaps by doing this that and the other is going to take more time than two weeks to get to the fitness point with it? If in fact this sluggish symptom started just now. I don't know.

Take a recovery week brotha - you have been pushing for a bit - cut the milage - keep your speedwork and long in there, but lower your overall miles.... You legs need a break. Listen to them before you hurt yourself. I'm right there with ya.

I think this may have been the culmination of a busy 10 days and trying to keep the mileage at 50. 2 nights of great sleep seem to put me back on track. My TM run after class this morning was strong which is a good sign because that isn't always easy. Going to give it more time but I think a good week of sleep should help me. The good news is that I have I have no injuries or niggles to speak of.
