The first double digit run since Bay State. Some of this was easy, some of it was work, but tried to run by feel. The knee was great through the first 9 although I felt the right quad at times (especially in the beginning).
Running this in huh, Scorps. I'm jealous. Good run man.

As soon as I finished it started hailing. Really weird. There was 0 precipitation when I was running but it was gray. Honestly perfect running weather.

You know when you use the word "tempo" to describe a run there's an implied "up" at the beginning of the word, right?
