Notes
Went out to run this am and forgot to start the ipod. For 3 miles I listened to the ocean which was pretty cool on the bike path. Took it real easy and ran 10:17, 9:52, 10:02, 9:20, 9:05, and 9:55. Should be a light day of meetings in the morning, and then catch up on some things during the day before flying home tomorrow.
