w/L. The goal was 16 w/ 4up, 12 tempo at 7:40. I pulled him throughout the majority of this run and felt really strong but he is a beast on the hills and smoked me at Shaw's ridge. I ran a 7:41 up the MFer and he crushed me. Unreal, but I have to be happy with this. Good stuff and 1 more week of work.

I didn't smoke you. I got a gap and then you closed the gap. Thanks for dragging me out here with you and letting me join in your awesomeness. Sort of like Vacation where they drag the dog behind the car for 16 miles. I'm not even sure you broke a sweat here.
