Notes

It felt good to run after the 15 miles from Saturday and the day off. No aches or pains to speak of and ran with little effort. Looking forward to tomorrow.

See if you can make those reps arond 3:30ish rather than 3:40-3:47. Cruise the first one, make 5-6 your best efforts. If you have it in you when you are finished, do 4 x 200 as fast as you can with 200 rest between.
