The goal was to get 10 miles in this morning with 5 @ 7:30 but a user error resulted in no alarm so I got up 40 minutes later than expected. -8 degrees this morning so I went to the Y. 2 warm up, then (4) 7:26, 7:10, 6:56, and 6:27. 1 Down. Calling this a progression. My left foot is definitely feeling a little weird but feels fine as long as I don’t move.
