Notes
It was hard to keep this in check early and I felt like I was really slowing down to make it reasonable for each of the first 4 tempo miles. Miles 5-7 were uneventful and easy, and then I worked a bit harder during the last the 3 but this felt good overall. Great morning with just a little ice in spots.
