A couple days off after being in Boston Saturday night, and just couldn't get out yesterday after coming home and being at baseball for 4 hours. Felt very fresh and the knee felt better but still a little twingey. Started off thinking I would run a 5 mile progression but had time for 7 miles. 8:57, 8:27, 8:00, 7:47, 7:30, 7:13, 6:58. Everything felt pretty easy and I never increased or decreased the pace once the pace for each mile was set. I'll probably need to stay at 5 days week until I strengthen the knee which is a bit of a bummer. I have a few ideas though.
