Dropped Ali off at school and ran an easy 5. All in all felt pretty good. I even got a beep on Pleasant Street from one of the Train's. I'm pretty sure it was Addy wearing her Hello Kitty sneaks with the 18 inch thick sole and driving like she's from Massachusetts. We need more of that in this town.

Good luck in your 5K effort. I was toying with taking today off but will probably do something real easy. We can compare times as we are both somewhat hoping for sub 20. Either way it will be a check to see where we are in terms of recovering / rebuilding. Personally I hope I kick your ass, but your log lately gives me pause and makes me wonder if I can now.

If healthy, your definitely sub 20 and I think you'll be faster than me (no sandbagging, just being realistic) if the courses are both relatively flat, the weather cooperates, and your healthy. Realistically, I'm lighter this year but not sure how to compare this year to last although I seem to have faster mid range type runs. I'm picking a pace and seeing how long I can hold it. Should be interesting. Good luck.
