Notes
The workout was 2 up, 5 @ 7:30, 2 down. Got out early and the weather was cool. Tried to progressively work down to 7:30 on the first tempo mile and not just sprint out of the gate. Everything felt generally easy, and as the tempo miles went on the effort never really changed but they felt slower even though the splits got faster. The warm down miles felt super slow and I decided to go ahead and run an extra mile by heading home via high street. Wasn't sure how this would go after the 5k this weekend but this wasn't fast enough to be much of an issue. No real pop in the legs but all in all felt pretty good.
