First post bronchitis/strep run and all was ok but a little windy. No ninja traps but I think they are afraid of the black cloud and infant like whimpering coming towards them.
Way to get back out there. Don't think about what you may have lost. Put your head down and do some work and in a month you will be right back at it in time to run some decent races.
