After many days of easy effort tried to figure a way to get a little work in without overdoing it on the TM like I use to do. Played this by ear but calling it a progression. Warmed up @ 9:38 and 8:50, and then 8:23, 7:53, 7:31, 6:56, and a warm down of 8:49. Wasn't super hard and it was the first time I've run a mile in under 7 minutes since the shitty 5k I did at the beginning of November. I have a feeling I need to get use to the TM for a while.
