Felt pretty good after a day off but the wind was brutal in spots and cold at the beginning. Went from St Thomas to Shaw's Field past Carl J Lamb, by the Y to the HS. Hit the Marginal Way path and then turned around at 3. An even pace throughout and the dumbassery at the end was never really forced.
