Just curious, you seem to have slowed these latest runs down quite a bit. Is this part of the master plan, to compensate for the increase in mileage, just due to heat or what? Steve likes the doublebaggers.

Lots of miles in the car because of baseball (over 1000), the heat, the hills, little sleep, lots of beer. Wait until you see how slow and shitty my 5 k time was.
