1.5 up,4x.25,4x.25 rest, 1.5 down. Haven't done these in a long time so figured I'd give it a go. Trying to get some speed work without killing myself and had no idea how fast I would run these but tried to run at least a 7 min pace. Basically ran to Shaw's road and then did the intervals on the street with a the benefit of a slight downhill. Will continue to work on a modified plan where I am getting in some work in without destroying myself with a focus on easy miles, long runs, and some work sprinkled in. It should be an interesting experiment.
