Sprinkling in a little pepper. But just a little. This almost fartleky. During the first 30 minutes I ran 4x40 seconds at 6:40. During the 2nd 30 minutes I ran 6:40 for 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 and 60 seconds. A little something. Better than nothing.
