1 up, and then 12x.25 w/.25 rests. (2)8.6, (2)8.8, (1) 8.9, (3)9, (1)9.2, and (2)10. and then finished the hour at 7.6 miles. Decided to go ahead and run 30 more minutes to finish up at even 90. Overall felt good. The purpose of the workout was to add some easier interval work without overdoing it. Mission accomplished. Felt good for the last 4 miles.
