My workout this morning was 3 up, 8x800 @ 3:15 - 3:25, 400 rests, 2 down, but I did this on the bike path versus Ithe track so I used .5 and .25 as my interval sets. My legs are definitely heavy and the first 5 intervals were a grind. Interval 6 felt the easiest and then the last 2 were ok but intervals across the board were consistent from a time perspective. Definitely dog tired and realizing that the concrete bike path is killer on the knees. Off tomorrow and heading home.

Right on bro. Good interval work here. Get used to running on concrete. I've read that ATL is mostly sidewalk.

The legs are dead but I'll enjoy a nice rest day tomorrow as I sit my ass on a plane for 5+ hours.
