My workout this morning was 3 up, 8x800 @ 3:15 - 3:25, 400 rests, 2 down, but I did this on the bike path versus Ithe track so I used .5 and .25 as my interval sets. My legs are definitely heavy and the first 5 intervals were a grind. Interval 6 felt the easiest and then the last 2 were ok but intervals across the board were consistent from a time perspective. Definitely dog tired and realizing that the concrete bike path is killer on the knees. Off tomorrow and heading home.
