The goal today was 7 tempo miles at 7:19 with a combo of 3 warm up/cool down but figured I would have to abort because a cold is kicking my ass and I didn't feel great before the run. Once I got going I felt pretty good and waiting to feel shitty but it never happened. Surprised how easy this felt.
