Warm up for 3 in 25:30 and then 28 mins in I set the TM @ 7.5, Slowly worked my way to 7:30 @ 40 mins and continued to work my way down. I ran the last 10 minutes of the hour @ 8.6 to finish the first 60 minutes with 7.61 and then finished my 10. Felt pretty good and never felt any issues with my hip or lower back and never felt like I couldn't hold the pace. Nice to get in this before the day starts
