Windy throughout and in some places it really helped, while at the end it made me work 2x as hard. Trying to get a little work in before taking tomorrow off after 7 days in row. Feeling much stronger and I could really tell on a few minor hills like I was charging up them versus dragging myself over them. The goal was 8:10, 8:00, 7:50, 7:40, 7:30, and at the end of several of these I was trying to really pull back because I wasn't sure I could keep improving the pace.
