Notes

The goal was to run 10 in 90 minutes in 3 - 30 minute intervals because tomorrow will likely be a snow out. Got to the Y and only had the big baggy bball shorts and cotton t shirt. No running stuff. Decided to go heavy on the vaseline and seemed to make it out fine. Lots of Umami but this was quite easy and delightful.
