Gwen, Michelle, The Gads, Greg2, Magic Mike. What was awesome about this run was that I actually had the chance to chit chat with everyone. Once we hit the cemetery I was at 10 and needed to head home so I took off. Followed by Mike and Greg. Some silliness before my knee got cranky and I pulled way back. I'm still not in very good shape even with the weight loss and these longer runs show that. I just can't sustain any real pace after I go more than 10 miles. Just turned the game on only to see B2B picks. I will follow this up with B2B beers. I never was good at math.
