Notes

Per my visit with the PT I need to start running. The workout was 10 mins on with the metronome, with 1 minute breaks. Running tall, not running on my toes on my left foot. Painful and pathetically slow. Need to correct my balance issues, improve core, running form, etc in order for this numbness thing to get better. There will be alot of this over the next 2 months.
