2.5 up, 4x400 w/400 rest, 2.5 down. This was all I had time for today and a good reminder for me when the reps increase that the pace needs to be more conservative. I was somewhat surprised that these were easier than I thought they would be but I don't think I could have cranked out 12 at this pace. Wind sucked in spots but usually only for 5-10 seconds at a time and only on 1 stretch of the track.
