1.5 up, 8x.25@6:45, .25 recovery, 1.5 down
These felt ok but energy wasn't great. I was trying to be conservative from the beginning and not run the intervals at a pace I couldn't keep up so this is a start. It takes some tinkering with pace to figure out what is really going to be sustainable for the duration of the intervals. The last 2 I wanted to run a little harder but not look at the watch at all. On a side note my shoulder hurts from throwing a baseball.
