Back up Fox Farm Hill Rd with a detour onto Bauneg Beg Conversation Area. Slow and easy and then the trail was even slower with wet rocks and tricky wooden planks for stretches at a time but this was delightful. My legs are definitely sore from the hard downhill yesterday but not heavy and warn out like they had been so the time off has served me well. Hopefully home for the week after 4 weeks in row on the West Coast. 24k miles in a month on an airplane will make one fat but 4 days this week and almost 19 miles!
