Notes

The first mile is definitely not right and I'm guessing the satellite was messed up. Starting to feel fresh again and for some reason my weight is dropping every day. Down to 163.5 which is probably the lightest I've been in a really long time. This pace felt pretty steady throughout and hit some ok hills on Grammar and up High Street (the part I normally don't run). Picked it up a little at the end. Will likely try to run 10 this weekend and then a more normal schedule next week. I was actually missing running yesterday. WTF is wrong with me.

Hey I know I've been fired, but just watch yourself. You will FEEL recovered before you actually are - that won't be until the end of October. Particularly for someone with a history with your knee, just pay attention to any pains - not saying you are doing anything wrong, just watch it.

Saw the Tremblay/Genest show in action at practice yesterday - it's pretty impressive.

Fired, ha. My father still tells me that I shouldn't turn my right shoulder in when I shoot 3s even at 41. I have a feeling it will be the same with you. Trying to play this "recovery" thing right. My plan is to run an easy 10 sat and then go easy next week (easier pace wise then this week…my pace this wk sort of happened): Mon 5, Tues 6, Thurs 5, Sat 11. Does that seem like too much as long as I keep the pace down? My legs feel very fresh and the knee hasn't felt this good in a long time.

No, not too much at all. Pace was more what I was talking about. Really just whatever feels "good", just don't push. Nothing I'd call workout pace til November unless you just want to throw in a few strides or something.
