Notes

With tomorrow off I was hoping to run something other than a sloggy 10 miler but had no real plan. Maybe 10 @ 8:30? Ok. Maybe try to get some miles in around 8:00ish? Ok. 10 in 1:20? The plan seemed to change over the first 3 miles but I was trying not to look at my watch. After 5 I fell into a nice rhythm and just rolled with whatever felt good. Nothing ever felt hard. After running to rte 4, hitting 109, and then cutting back to rte 4 there is a little incline after the bridge heading back home and that slowed me down a bit around 8, and then the last part of 9 was up High Street and it also slowed me down. I was going to end up at 10.75 so I decided to add some to make it 11. The last mile was just a warm down but felt easy and slow. While this wasn't anything great it was good for my confidence to just go run fairly even without a ton of effort below an 8 min pace. FF draft tonight in the motherland. Off tomorrow. The weather was perfect.

L Train

Nice run. Don't draft a QB in round 1, dumbass and wait for Romo to fall in your lap in Round 6 or so. You're welcome.

Scorps

Thanks. And thanks Matthew Berry for giving L Train an opinion about a QB who makes more news off the field then on it. Giving this advice without knowing the scoring system is the equivalent of predicting your 10 mile race without knowing the course and the weather. {Shaking my head in disgust}. Good thing you're malnourished and in need of a sandwich and a milkshake.

Mad-Mike

Bradford should be available

Rob_K

Steve's milkshake brings all the boys to the yard I hear.

beaulieume

Nice run. Don't waste a 6th pick on Romo... Jay Culter 2014 sleeper QB.

Egad

That looks good. Nice job this morning. Figures my first day off in a week is featuring the driest weather.

Scorps

Romo was there @ 6. I took Matty Ice instead

L Train

Scoring system must specifically weight towards QBs from New England states. Weird.

Scorps

Ryan is from Philly, and plays for the Atlanta Falcons. Your geography isn't great either, dumbass.

L Train

Sorry, I meant New England colleges. But you knew that and are just being your normal douchey self.

Greg C

You are all very fat people.

L Train

So for the record Matt Ryan threw for like 7 bazillion yards and 3 TDs and singlehandedly won every owners weekly matchup and Romo threw 3 more INTs than TDs. This proves my point.

Scorps

Math, geography, and now fantasy football. This list is getting long. I better create a spreadsheet.
