The weather was spectacular today. Just running at what felt like an easy pace for most of this and that translated into faster than normal “easy pace” run. This seems to happen to me after a faster or tempo day when what feels easy is faster than normal. I think last week’s low mileage (42) accounts for the extra pop in the legs today along with a great night of sleep, and the unbelievable weather. The last mile 1.25 I did pick it up a little bit, and then finished hard at the end.
