2up, 10x.25 with .25 rest, 4 down. Messed a little with the warm up/warm down because of the 62 min limit on the TM. The day off and no real long run last week really helped my legs. Felt good throughout and the last 2 intervals were a little harder then the rest but not bad at all. Probably too much time in between intervals but I'll eventually add 2 intervals to the .25 workout as training progresses into the spring.
