2up, 10x.25 with .25 rest, 4 down. Messed a little with the warm up/warm down because of the 62 min limit on the TM. The day off and no real long run last week really helped my legs. Felt good throughout and the last 2 intervals were a little harder then the rest but not bad at all. Probably too much time in between intervals but I'll eventually add 2 intervals to the .25 workout as training progresses into the spring.

This was a Robbie inspired workout so thanks for that. Oddly, I think I saw Maggie on my way home at the light by John Deere at like 7:20 but didn't realize it until I saw her license plate. I am awaiting the green light from Kathy to race the Eastern States half on 3.29 but it's dependent on Ali's bday party. Nothing is ever easy.
